Shipping policy

We’re so excited to get your order into your hands! Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
(Processing times may be slightly longer during drops, holidays, or special releases.)
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Delivery times vary depending on carrier and location, but most orders in the U.S. arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to you.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it:

Check with neighbors or your local post office.

Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

If you still can’t locate it, email us at gobacktoeden.co@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help, but please note we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
6. Pre-Orders & Special Drops
For pre-order items, shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together when all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
7. Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us within 24 hours — we cannot guarantee changes after that point.
